RECENT SERVICE VISIT
In reference to my last visit to Red Rock Harley-Davidson for service on May 31, 2018, i wish to take this opportunity to notify the Senior Corporate Staff at Red Rock H-D about a member of their Service Department, Ms. Chantal McCrorie whom I want to highly commend for her professionalism, knowledge, acumen and overall treatment of me during my visit. I am a Senior (82) and have been riding/involved with motorcycles and their dealerships since 1957, and as a customer have not experienced the way I am treated at Red Rock H-D by Ms. McCrorie every time I visit the Service Department. She should be recognized by the Senior Staff for her efforts and work contribution. Ms. McCrorie us a definite asset to the Red Rock Harley-Davidson dealership!
