I am very happy with my experience and service I received. Gabby and Viv spent two days crunching numbers and dealing with my indecisiveness between which bike I really wanted, and to stay in the payment range I wanted. Dominic was also very patient with me, and was on the phone with several dealers appraising my trade in, and with the new lender crunching numbers, even getting me a Uber ride home while they finished up paperwork. Ben took me on a true test ride unlike a lot of dealers let you do. I actually got to ride ride the bike to know id made the right choice. Big guy in parts I believe his name was John was awesome, helped assemble my new sissy bar and pad for me while I was signing the final papers and Steve put it on for me. Robin was very through in explaining all details of my warranty and loan while keeping the mood light. Over all it was great experience with everyone I encountered.
