About a year ago I was in the parts department and the guy behind the desk helped me pick out parts for my bike. I picked them up at the store and when I went to install, they were the wrong part. I took them back to the store and was told I could not return them because I did not have the original packaging. I did not mess up you did and now I am out of luck because I don't have a box?? Over $400 dollars down the drain.... Yesterday I went to price out what they would give me for my bike because I need to sell for family reasons. They offered me 7,000 for my bike and told me it was because they would have to do so much to get my bike back to selling condition. I bought the bike from Harley like it was and only put on 300 miles...... I know dealerships don't give full price for a buy or trade, but my bike is worth 14,000 at least according to 3 different sites online and 2 other dealers I have taken it to get prices. I have never felt taken care of here and will not be back nor will I recommend to anyone I meet to go here.
